The deposit will be refunded after you have completed your scheduled date. However, $5 of the deposit will be withheld for each worker who was confirmed but did not work.

Payment

We will make every attempt to pay your group within 30 days of the date you worked. We must have a current W-9 form (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification Form) on file before your check can be sent.

Most groups will be needed in Food Operations working at one of our catered group picnics, restaurants, snack stands, or specialty food carts. Groups might also be scheduled in other areas such as Grounds, Games, Merchandising or Park Operations.
